Location Description:
The Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania facility is 1,120,845 square feet and home to about 470 hard working team members who are proud to produce iconic pet food brands like Kibbles 'n Bits and 9Lives .
This location has a cannery that produces wet dog food and there is also a Distribution Center on-site.
Bloomsburg is home to Bloomsburg University, a municipal airport, a landmark Town Park with many acres of recreational activities, and has one of the largest and longest running fairs in the country.

Responsibilities:
Multiple shifts available.
Must be able to understand and operate automated machinery Ability to understand written instructions quality, machine work instructions, etc.
Identify and report any safety concerns or hazards Must be able to perform safety functions - Lockout/Tag-out, etc.
Monitor supplies or materials used for processing Sanitization of production line and equipment Demonstrate good understanding and comply with all standards Basic understanding of manufacturing operations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other related duties and assignments as required within the service center Assist in maintaining a safe and injury-free work environment for team members, visitors, and anyone working at our facilities.
This is a pet food safety-sensitive position.
Team members should have a working understanding of their role in supporting the Pet Food Safety Management and the food safety hazards of the job to which they are assigned.
Starting hourly rate of pay - $24.
33 (Paid Weekly) Shift Differential:

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older High School diploma or GED required Ability to work occasional flexible hours and overtime based on company/volume needs Ability to stand on a concrete floor 8-12 hours per day Reaching, bending, and twisting frequently Ability to work at a production conveyor line Lift up to 50lbs on occasion Maintain a safe working environment.
